the Morgan Crucible Company plc(Morgan) and the Shanghai Electrical
Machinery(Group) Co., LTD.(SEMC),with a total investment of
US¡ç14 million and a registered capital of US¡ç10.6 million. Morgan
has a 70% share holding and SEMC has 30%.
